FWIW, If I understand, he's Mr Youngs long time buddy. Young likely needs someone he can count on to get through the lawsuits. Also explains why the ex may have left. Being a long time Novell follower, I wouldn't underestimate Mr Youngs potential guilt, I also wouldn't underestimate his ability to schmooze through this thing with some credibility remaining. sf
