IS this stock a 30 -bagger soon? One of our alliances next picks? Not sure how we plan on announcing new picks, but listen to this one!
It is a stock that has perhaps the biggest NAKED SHORT position I have ever seen....MM's are in way deep.
The company has responded by deciding to change their Company name which forces all certificates to be called....hmmm...
The company itself has a new PR firm fully understands why this naked shorting is occurring and is realistically positive about the company, whose management and busines are really amazingly strong.
Company is a reporting one.
They have had good news releases lately and you would swear it was a $5.00 stock by reading them...very legit business
The stock was previously about $1.50 not long ago and now is at under 10 cents.... due to some nasty management changes.
The shares outstanding are listed at under 10 million, but authorized shares are 3-4 times that (exact count hard to figure until next filing is completed) but FLOAT is considrerably smaller and very controllable it would seem.
A fellow buddy on SI, just bought about 200,000 more shares at the close.
Now....the way this would best work is if we hit all the MM's at once BIG BIG BIG and locked up the float until end of June and by July 1, you might see a panic that would drive this thing way up.....15, 20, 30 bagger? Could be? Here's where we need a pro.
The question is...is this logic sound? Is the float something that we can quickly control before the MM's have a chance to quietly buy back and cover, which is what will probably happen if we don;t buy en masse.
WE NEED THE KEEN MINDS ON THIS ONE.... then if we pull this off we all sell part of our position and ride the profits, slowly selling and buying the dips.
So... if there are any brilliant pro's here (maybe former MM's) who understand the ramifications here, knowledge to advise, and the buying power, please email me with your thoughts... I will respond or have one of the others who know more than I about this stock respond to you soon.
DAVE...trying NOT to get too excited.
PS---does the SEC have any possible problem with any of this? Can;t believe so, but need to ask. |
