Tim,

I to bought some yesterday myself for a lot of the same reasons you did. I would like to add-as the economy improves, P & C should do well in the future IMO. The sharp fall was caused by the large institutional position. Back to more reasonable levels for individual investors IMO.

I to liked the fact it was located in Birmingham. Which is slowly becoming a financial center in the south. (hard to believe isn't it?) Whether it can move quickly back up? I don't know. Who knows? We may be included in shareholder suit, if it falls again today!

If it does move higher. I'll write covered calls (June) against my stock to protect my position and generate income. If I lose it? So what. I made money and that is why I trade stocks.

Maybe someone could explain, why, someone would buy 275 June or July 25 puts (I think without looking) on it? That puzzles me. Maybe they sold them? I don't know? It was the only trade on that price for day.

Good Luck to everyone on this one.. :)

Ken

I missed CD and liked that one even better for the long-run. I did write naked June puts on it. So, maybe I will own it and be happy with it too.
