Dear megalomaniac: It is interesting that you consider yourself a "big boy" as you have spent the last three days engaged in fourth grade behavior by comparing penile lengths with others on this thread. "I'll answer your questions, if you answer mine!" My 12 year old son is more mature and infinitely more intelligent than you.
First of all, the quality of your due diligence is highly suspect. You confuse the fact that some dentists (my brother included) have an allergic reaction to latex gloves with a great, unlimited opportunity for ABMI's catheters. Nice try, they are not the same and no point even debating this. Second, World medical's AAA product serves a proven, huge market. AAA is the next best wave for stents. World also provides AVEI with synergy to their coronary stent business since they are in the midst of a major effort to expand into peripheral vascular applications. World medical also had an established factory and a skilled engineering workforce to offer, both of which are most likely absent with ABMI. BTW, angioplasty catheters are basically a commodity product where low cost manufacturing is key (this is why all the companies are moving their plants to Mexico) - please tell me how tiny ABMI will survive in this enviroment?
Your only hope is acquisition and from your two year old posts it looks like everyone has already come shopping and nobody bought. Hmmm, ought to tell you something. Most likely everyone is too smart to entangle themselves in ABMI's legal spiderwebs. Quite frankly ABMI's patents probably just aren't worth the hassle. Who wants to inherit the Summers/Rash fiasco, let alone a shareholder lawsuit?
Lastly, why am I attacking the cheerleaders? Because I think your behavior is borderline illegal and frankly I hope it is only a matter of time before the SEC shuts you down. Mindless promotion of a stock (cross borders no less) for one's self gain - just how much are you getting paid to be the company mouthpiece? Methinks, something is rotten in Denmark! In addition, the purpose of this thread only seems to be to pay homage to and worship the Great Jeff. What are you some kind of Jim Jones cult leader? If anyone dares to question your suspect conclusions, he is immediately attacked by crazed zealots, nymphs and banshees. Looks like you and your clic are spending too much time on the funny gas in your dental practice and not enough time researching the real issues. Pathetic.
Lastly, there is a profound difference between options and warrants. Options generally involve some performance and also vest over time as the performance is rendered. Warrants are for investors in private placements who have taken a big risk and therefore command an equity-kicker reward. Go ahead, remove the cloak of secrecy, we already know the Emperor Jeff has no clothes! |
