Dear Jeff,

Is the DNA analyzer gone? Would you want to sell a product you worked a good part of you life perfecticng, through a company under this kind of cloud? That should answer your question.

Just for kicks...Guess who was Tom Clines' boss at the CIA...Sounds like Jerry Connell (see S-8's and the new CHB). How convenient....

Why do the Three Musketeers have the same info? Might be the truth. Sometimes gleaned from different directions.

Will SEXI's claim to Mr. Lewis' technology (Lightwave) be tied up in court and allow SEXI to use it. NO!

Would I buy the stock here? Need to see new technology at competitive pricing, real financials, and greatly improved financial picture. The SEC could still provide a gift, in the form of rescinded stock and disgorgement of profits to SEXI. But the stock could be terribly diluted by the time it's over, and there is still no business. But there is still no business. But there is still no business.

The larger issue here, IMHO, is just exactly what did ICMX sell SEXI? Maybe we could rescind the shares of all the good old boys. But then they would all leave anyway. Maybe if we let them have their stock they might even sell something...anything.

A lot of shares have been distributed to people who have nebulous contributions to the company. It would be interesting to see who might just be along for the ride. By passing the problems to SEXI, with the hope of an ongoing concern (for a change) the financial baggage could be buried. Lets see full disclosure of the ICMX deal.
It might go a long way toward engendering some trust in the new management. My sincere hope is that we will...my gut says no.

JILTED and still looking for the silver lining
