No one can say that you guys weren't warned.
This is amazing news that Riley has been subpoenaed by the SEC. If this is the situation, then you KNOW that the investigation isn't over. This makes your statement that the 8K resolved everything a complete misrepresentation, if not a lie.
I hope that he has his ducks in a row.

And the SI thread for RMIL is the "Riley & Pugs Stink" thread. Hell, if it wasn't for the continuing inaneness that both of you bring here, I wouldn't really see a reason to post.
Face the music Pugs, the two of you brought the concept of the OVIS/RMIL short-squeeze to others on both threads. You both have been the ones that have continued the propaganda effort aimed at trying to convince us that RMIL has been cleared by the SEC.
Yes Pugs, although you may not choose to accept it, this is the Pugs and Riley show, and some of us continue to enjoy pointing out to others the errors in your logic. But I also have a lot of sympathy for everyone who holds this stock and have no desire to see anyone lose their investment.
But then again, after Riley's last post reference RMCW, maybe he is finally learning some objectivity.
In sum, it is incumbent on the the company's management to pull this off. Shareholders have done their part and have their certs. Now the company must PROVE that they there exists a massive short squeeze and that they haven't been issuing more stock to the short sellers in exchange for "favors" ($$$).
You'll let us know when you get your letter from the SEC, won't you Pugs??
