Ron, IMO, you must calm down and read what I wrote in a chronological and sensical manner. Riley was supeonaed by the SEC in the matter of the run-up to $.30 at TVSI, nothing more. His recoreds demonstrated he was a shareholder, nothing more. Steve Cayou informed me the SEC was investigating the run-up to the $.30, not the company, not the principals, not Steve Cayou. Riley was vindicated. He is a Shareholder only. The shortsellers complaining to the SEC were arrogant enough to think that the SEC wouldn't look at the MM's, they were wrong. Pugs
