shane, No info, just noticed the change from Zack's. Taxes - expect even more breaks and incentives for the export companies in China. A large export surplus is one of China's goals as they need the outside monies to improve domestic economy. They are targeting the successful small & medium companies, particularly those they consider high tech. Deswell fits the descriptions in all areas. My guess is that Deswell is getting a very good deal on the new facility for Kwanasia. FWIW, Ron
