Michael, What is the name of the joint venture partnership? We can check back to see how many shares they had. I believe that someone has sold that number of shares recently just bases on price and volume movements. The selling has been absorbed around the 4 1/8 and 4 1/4 levels. Thanks for the info about AT&T. That is huge. Karl
