In general, the revenues can be realized when a) The software is shipped to the customer (in the case of the Plant Y2K CD's) and b) The engineers report billable hours against these contracts (since they are probably all time-and-materials contracts). Pretty rare that these would have any upfront payment other than for the Plant Y2K software...

Problem here will be manpower resources. At last count, there were 400 or so engineers...a 12,500,000 month would require almost 600-650 engineers to execute. Add to that the natural reality that these audits require some manpower and assistance from the client, which inevitably delays things a bit. So I certainly expect a lag/spread effect...

Still, it is *GREAT NEWS* to hear these kind of wins!!!
