Energy Drilling Industries Inc. to Become a Fully
Reporting Company
KEMAH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 3, 1998--Energy Drilling Industries Inc.
(OTCBB:EDII - news) announced today the company is filing all documents with the SEC
including its 12/31/97 audited financial statement prepared by BDO Seidman, LLP, in order to
become a fully reporting company.
Based on the annual revenues, net worth and number of shareholders, the company will qualify to
be traded on one of the major exchanges.
The company's previously announced acquisitions are being finalized.
The company will announce shortly the change of its name, in order to more accurately reflect the
diversity of its holdings and acquisitions.
Energy Drilling Industries Inc. has five divisions: industrial, financial, oil and gas, real estate and
entertainment. Energy Drilling Industries Inc. assists its subsidiaries vertically, to build each division
