What we are seen Zeev is deflation....deflation...deflation. This morning I was rmearking to my wife, "Warren Buffett thought he was so smart..that he could puill off a silver corner that no one else had ever gotten. Well, deflation has ripped him a new anal sphinctre." The trouble here Zeev is no one, at least few of us, are deflationists and our economists aren't even very good at it. What we have here is deflation and a huge and growing asset bubble vis a vis the Japanese liquidity being unlocked. See my post yesterday of derivative exposure tfor the major banks. We are setting ourselves up for the biggest boom in the world and then we are building a structure that is taller and taller.... so it is an even better place to jump off. Hey, as Mike Burry says, "Good Investing"
