Dear Ram: I will add two more things to your response. One, yes there is a shortage, as a result it is estimated that FEES will skyrocket in 1999 (since SYNT uses much Indian labor I would expect that margins will substantially improve) Two, 88% or so of SYNT stock is owned by management leaving very small float. IMHO a person would have to be a fool to short this stock with that scenario. Price more determined by what management does with their shares than the market. JDN
