The info is out of date.

Check the last earnings report. After the latest losses, the book value is now $18.213m, the market cap is $48.356m (@1 13/16), and P/B is 2.7. This is in contrast to Phoenix, which has book value $96.974m, market cap $171.776m, and P/B is 1.8.

SystemSoft still has plenty of room to go down and the company will go under in 7 months at the current burn rate.
