Apparently, the unfortunate incident occurred on SUF's Angolan operation. The person directly involved was an employee by the name of Frank Grobler and took place on the 22 May 1998.

I would presume that SUF will give further details regarding this incident during the conference call scheduled for 2 pm this afternoon.
