Oh I agree and I have sent that exact proposition to Arcon for a vote. Though I personally do not see why anyone would even think of selling the P doesnot make it the general attitude. I belive in the DD which has been done and sure I have questions and I do try to get anwers but sometimes some answers are not available .... So I have to deal with a stock based on its news releases, SEC filings and potential especially if I KNOW they have an "Unfair Advantage" But that is my primary investment stratgey as crazy as it seems. GB
