folks the calvary is aware and on the way. wont say too much here as the mm's read the threads, but please read this carefully:

i am not asking you to call in for your certificates, what you can do though is call your broker and make SURE, SURE, SURE your shares are in safekeeping, get them out of the street name!!!!!!!!! if the sec were to investigate the illegal garbage going on then you can bet that shares in safekeeing versus street name will make a difference. although the brokerage houses still lend your shares out even though they are in safekeeping(which is illegal but done anyway) the sec will have much more firepower when they are in safekeeping.

ps. someone please post this on icvi thread as well as it applies to that stock that is taking an illegal beating today as well.
