Continuing in the bad news theme here is anecdotal evidence of weakness in onshore drilling. Yesterday an acquaintance of mine mentioned a bid on a prospect that he has an interest in. The turn key price was $475,000 to drill and complete a 12,000 onshore well. He said that previously the price had been $750,000 for a comparable well.
