PetQuarters, Inc. Appoints New President

today announced that it has appointed Steven B. Dempsey as President and CEO.
Dempsey, former PetQuarters Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has been instrumental in developing strategic alliances
with pet product manufacturers and advertisers for the company's Web site. Dempsey possesses over 15 years experience in
investment banking.
