I know others have answered you Charles but I thought I would throw my 2 cents in since you addressed it to me. Actually we were told that the company has applied for NAZ to review this option in hopes that it would be approved. There was no guarantee that it would be awarded. Isn't it nice to know that if this company achieves 4 for 10 days that we move to the next level? Your next statement puzzles me"The 4 dollar mark we may reach if we were already listed there but since we have to follow the rules we won't be there." Charles Naz is a great step, but the rise and fall of this share price is not predicated on this event. As an investor I am confident that 4 will be achieved. How we get there is another story. Do we see 2.50 or even 2.00 before we see 4 maybe. But IMHO by the end of July amongst other things we will be discussing the next meeting of the NAZDAQ small cap Margin board. No offense but this one sounds like VS got to you. "I don't see how we can expect that to help unless we get a whole mess of sales right now,before the end of JUNE." I believe you will see announcements in sales, affiliations and features over the next 30 days. These announcements along with the credibility that Franklin is getting in their equipment through best of shows should bring us to the 4.01 level and beyond. This comes under the heading of Huh? "The dilution is going to continue to create havoc as long as we are in the otc.2 to 1 sales for weeks 35 to 40 % increase in volume and the mm won't let the stock run." The dilution is going to continue but at full dilution our float will still be of a small to below medium size. As for the MMs not letting this go. I'm not sure whats holding it down but the MMs are just simply making money on a rolling stock that eventually will have to run based on current and future earnings and affiliations. These are just my opinions for what its worth. Seth
