you have the right to your view and I have the right to mine

and there are MANY limitations on legal immigrants in MANY areas and they are not afforded the same protections under the constitution and just by the fact that you are on US soil does not give you the same rights as a US citizen...whether you are legal or illegal...

and you cant have done some things in your country that a US citizen can do in his country and still get into this country

If you dont believe any of this
ask an immigration and a criminal attorney

or take a look at some immigration case law...
