Hey All, I spoke to MRV comm. manager and Noam, today. I have been observing all the good things being written about MRV on this posting area, but, this seemed to be the best and seemingly the only place in the world to hear much about MRV.

I have been searching Network World Magazine, each week, for at least eight straight weeks. Nothing! This bothered me tremendously. This morning I set out to do a little MRV promoting, on my own. After calling Network World Mag., one of their writers told me he had never heard of MRV. He did send an internal message to their ethernet editor. This gal seems to ONLY write about, CISCO, etc. She does not seem to be very guinuine in her duty to supply 200,000 communications subscribers with the facts. Or, maybe she never did any research. Or, (something we all have a little control over) maybe MRV is not polished in the areas of P.R., Corporate Communications and Advertising.

At any rate, I talked with several people at MRV and was even put on speaker with Noam (I believe) and they were all very positive and receptive concerning this shortcoming. I gave them several industry magazines and a few names to contact. I also mentioned it is crucial to MRV's popularity growth to keep all qualified magazines up to speed.

After all, these editors and writers are, after all, mostly concerned about getting a paycheck. Actually going out and researching companies would not be worth their time.

It's to bad the people in this "talk area" could not help promote MRV.??? Or can we?

Keep it up MRVer's!
