Quadramed agrees to buy Pyramid health group for 66.8 Million in stock. I believe it is only a matter of time before HMSY is at the table, in fact, I would not be surprised if they made an offer to HMSY and it was turned down. Can't wait til the next erns report and the analysts get blown away again.
