Gary, you have their special software, so maybe the rules are different for that. I also use web broker through the web and what Dick says is true. I have bought ONLY penny stocks, and have had no problems. I have bought three blocks of 5000 shares of issues to avoid the huge commissions, preferring to 1) jump in slowly and 2) pay only 12 bucks a crack. Their sight has been down a little more than I would like, and I'm to lazy to call a broker at the 12 buck rate, so I have missed some opportunities. I would call Waterhouse and see if your account is the exact same as ebroker. Go to: waterhouse.com and go to the bottom of the screen at the far right and click on the web broker icon and see if your account number and password works there. Bill
