Leroy,
1) Same one you spoke to.
2) Owners names, compliants/actions against them
3) Bristol appears legit, see no reason account to lie. Was very upfront & truthful about some sec questions i had.
To check further i would go to sec.gov
there are links somewhere which will help you find state regulators info & directions on what needs to be filed which should give you a idea of what filings might ba available.
