LAst Stand....todays action I believe is a bitter fight over the future direction of the stock.....More press releases than we have seen in a while....and finally a statement form the company about the earnings shortfall. I believe that with this statement they have now cleared themselves for more positive releases ....with all the lawsuits brewing,I doubt they would release a slew of positive news then quickly followed by the official earnings shortfall.. Expect good things by the weekend....and I'm not saying were going to $12 BY THEN.,...JUST SAYING I believe that good news is now more likely than bad...I did not feel that the earnings shortfall was even news....obviously not all shareholders have been watching... DOn;t forget to get your Muse scripts for craft night..... Dr. Andrews
