Craig, Genesis downgrade is based on the AUA abstracts. My reply to Genesis is to do their homework by reading Message 4702626 Also, it has been speculated that the brokerage houses are the Vivus shorts. So if we assume ( hypothetically of course, GG ) that Genesis is shorting Vivus by selling stock that they own ( something illegal of course, and this is why VLAD is in touch with the SEC ), then this is what the brokerage houses would do. Also I believe that they are now buying Vivus, for them to upgrade later after they bought it, TA
