Yes, the Connells seem to be the beneficiary of Huttoe's largesse. The S-8's talk about the Connells (Lawrence, Jerry, Margaret, and Kathleen). Their job was to market to various state and federal agencies. Also Japan was mentioned. Also to medical colleges and groups in the US. Sounds like a big job. You bet! But then, 816,523 shares for this family seems only fair. Look at the business they've brought in! If the S-8's are accurate in their description of the shares granted to our new Chairperson, you will see that she earned a 13% commission on every dollar she brought in from investors. Also, little of her stock was locked up, so she could sell (at a propitious moment..wink..wink).
The question: Is Jerry really running this company! Is that bad or good? I don't know.

Regarding Lightwave(Lewis) technology. Since SEXI does not have more than a few of these units, there is nothing to deliver. I don't think Mr. Lewis would sell them any more. The boys tried to get a few more under less than straightforward circumstances, but it's unlikely they'll try again. Besides, they claim to have the new technology. Not sure its something they can call their own, however. But, if you can put a bunch of good stuff together, maybe you could sell a few. Food for thought. Still has to be competitive though.
For the people still holding the stock looking for the miracle, it may be possible to resurrect the possibly frayed relationships that no doubt come with this kind of situation. May be too late for some. I suspect, this time, we'll trust a Sprint deal when it's announced by Sprint.

JILTED but 13%???? of the gross??? Unconscionable!!!!
