Luc, looks like some good potential, new management seem keen, however its easy to be keen, its harder to produce results.. Also employees received a $1 hr increase so expenses are up.... like I said, potential looks good, all my stocks have potential otherwise I wouldn't buy them, hard for me to assess the likelyhood of any real success. The market they are in is very attractive at this time, however housebuilding is fickle, could reverse, here in Ontario there are the tradespeople on strike so housebuilding has slowed way down, don't know the situation elsewhere.. Just my 2 cents.. Scott
