AL & ALL, low penetration rates may also mean the following......Dell has a "small" percentage of the overall market, so there is room for a lot of growth. Penetration rate is normally associated with selling and marketing.

CNBC just ran a piece on Dell. The report was very favorable on the company, in fact, one might say it was a glowing report. The report ended by the commentator say, "its always a good time to buy Dell". Dell's announcement about growing their business in the European and South America markets was well received by Wall Street. Lets not forget their announcement in regards to cutting the inventory from 8 to 4-5 days within the next 12 months. Michael and his management team really know how to "talk up" a stock. Of course, they have the ammo needed to do this.
