If I'm not on the roof caulking the chimney flashing so it passes inspection, I'm in the cellar re-routing the freaking drain pipe for my clothes washer so it doesn't dump into my sewer pipe (that's a no-no in NJ). 2 out of 3 of my cars were keyed from bumper to bumper, so I've been digging around trying to find the bastards so they can pay for the damages.
