Rick I agree that TAVA may be "manpower constrained" to some extent, but they continue to actively hire and to date they have not had any problems in bringing in (contract or employee) qualified technical talent (per Jenkins at RedChip). Also, we do not know how much of the $12.5M booked is CD "related" sales. Disks, Database Access, Compliance reports. TAVA as you know, in many cases, particularly with the larger clients such as Boise, BMY, KO etc., will work in concert with existing factory personnel; mfg./test engineering, as well as support Vendors/OEM's.
