Hey folks: SWSHE filed an 8K today, no 10K yet tho. Restated the '96 results to a loss. Also showed net income of .25 for '97. Interesting thing there is that they had earned .26 in the first nine months of '97 so they had a small loss in their fourth Q. Now they need to report on their '98 first and second Qs, hopefully they are still on the schnide. drakes353
