The company has received the results from hole 72 drilled at the company's
Veladero project in San Juan, Argentina. Assays are pending on 11m.

Hole 72 shows that the top 192m of the hole are ore grade with no
overburden and that a 36m sector of higher grade (greater than 5 g/t Au
equivalent) is available. Pending assays on the 11m interval are expected
soon. The higher grades in hole 72 show a correlation with the NW target.
This possibility will be investigated in the next drilling season which is
expected to commence in September/October. Hole 72 expands the company's
preliminary inferred resource which remains open in all directions. Further
assay results on the remaining holes are expected shortly.
