Albert, thanks for the great news. But here is one thing that bothers me about K6. I found this in the Intel thread. www3.techstocks.com If AMD licensed MMX, doesn't this mean that AMD will have the same problem as Intel in terms of performance degradation due to frequent switching between MMX and floating point operation?? 50 clock cycles to switch from one to the other seems like an awfully high penalty. Any care to comment??? Regards.
