When the judgement was made, Davidson became a creditor and no longer a Plaintiff.
Even though this really sucks right now, I guess I have to hope for the best. And this exact scenerio is what we thought would happen and has been looked upon as the correct course of action by a friend of mine that is a bankruptcy atty.
