chris i think that is a better strategy although right now I am holding SPX puts and we could very well blast right up ...we are going to blast somewhere and it should have some force it is better to see the trend established rather than to try to get the bottom... sure your profits may be less BUT you have some assurance and conviction that it is going your way... maybe one of these days I will follow that strategy
