Riley G, Who are? Are you are shareholder? Who do you know? Why do you suddenly show up now. I don't find really anything shady with the following: 1)Joe gave money to profit mag to advertise ASTG. What the hell is wrong with that? 2)Mario got paid at FIG from ASTG (which you say came from stock). What's wrong with that? 3) Topnet supplies internet access to ASTG. What's wrong with that? 4) Who is mork and Zapara? Does mork live with mindy? It seems like everything is fine with me. Whether i think it's right or not for ASTG to spend money like this is another matter. But ASTG should of pulled the plug if they didn't like were the money was going. I really don't find anything illegal. Maybe Dan Perlow can comment. Again, who are you and why do you appear out of nowhere? Are you a friend of Dan L (a self-proclaimed savior of stockholders everywhere). Are you the Doctor (hey doc, where are you?) Are you suckerfinder (aka william)? Sounds to me like you're full of shit. Let me forward you some BS and you can post it to the FBI and SEC. Joe, I assume you're going to comment on this. jeff.
