I think I can answer Malcolm's Q about why Small Caps are down. Answer: BECAUSE THEY ARE. Not meaning to be a smartass (but still doing a pretty good job), it's just "the way of the beast." It's what keeps us all humble, sooner or later. If you're looking for science in the market.. there's only a little less logic to a slot machine. If I can get rid of a dog or two (or 3) I'm buyin' AGAIN $0.56 or under. I have a gut feeling that we're in the last lull before we break a buck.
