We don't actually know who owns Zitec. What we do know suggests that the company--formal name Zitec International Ltd.--has been formed quite recently. Initially they registered their internet domain giving an address in North Palm Beach, Florida; a fee days later they re-registered, giving an address at "12 N. Generic St", in Glenmore [sic: Glenmoore], Pennsylvania. The company is run, it's said, by George Palmer, a real person who really does live in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
