David; This minute by minute stuff from last week is really getting nerve wracking. With seconds ticking away and news out any minute, do you think I have time for a quick trip to the frig? Would hate to miss the next run. Anyone remember May of 97, oh for the good old days. BTW, still missing a TMP in Skagit County. Occasionally drive by the area of the the proposed site, the one that was nearly permitted, financed, wastestreams in place, only to see zip. They are building one heck of a big furniture manufacturing plant near the area of our beloved TMP. Sort of a neat trick, they made the announcement and now they are building it. Still hoping, but I fear the light at the end of the tunnel is fading. Regards
