Yes but these are "Futures" puts. Puts on the futures contracts..... Not on the SPX. That's why I thought they would be used a little differently, I guess. The PREM and the TIKI have been signaling this little snapback here but the undercurrent seems negative. I'm short since about ten minutes into the day. It's normal to have a rally into the 2 ET zone and perhaps into the bond close. I'm not sure I follow you with respect to the premium on the cash being changed.
