4.8 million shares outstanding... for all intensive purposes also the float. 4.8 mil X $1.25 = $6 mil market cap I have to believe their 4000 acres of property and equipment is worth at least this month... Gold or no Gold. So, although I swore I'd never buy into this stock again... This is becoming a quick bargain... but of course with my luck they will start diluting the shares as mining is capital intensive... and it will be interesting to see if their JV partner has hit the highway by now. Anyway.. its a long shot.. but much more attractive than it once was. Good Trading! -DavidCG
