You are right to a certain extent. But there are two major genetic pools in India, namely Indoaryan and Dravidian. There is a blur with no delineation to either group. This fact is well established in medical field in that organ transplants are performed within your genetic pool for the best survival of the transplant. eg: Relatives, same caste, same community same race.
The term "Indian" is used to describe a person who was born in India. It has no connotation to any race, religion, caste etc.
Indians are not claiming any purity of race.
The why now is that the BJP needs an "outside" invader, like all nationalism in the 20th centruy to generate excuses for a regime that will be successively more aggressive in its domestic and international stances. Look for the Israli's to set up a internal secturity aparatus in India.
Hope I understood you correctly. you are saying why does BJP need an outsider (Invader) to generate nationalism and defy international opinion. You probaby know, that for the survival of a nation, a country and a people, you need a common goal and in some instances a common enemy, to keep the nation together. Now we found and uncloaked the enemy/enemies.
Hey, Israelis are experts in setting up internal security apparatus. Why fool around with 2nd best? No only that.If the internal security was good, India would not have lost Indira and Rajiv Gandhis. Another point: Have you ever heard of an Israeli airliner (name? ) hijacked? They are are that good.
