I just placed an order for more cshk and the ask was or is .265 last sale .23 Question how can we blame MS for that great big spread on a stock that he says is going up daily.

You can't. The spread on CSHK tends to be big early and late in the session, and when volume is low. Mark's jumped back in to puff it now, but remember: he's a client of Wallace Technologies. Wallace Technologies (Scott Howell and Tom Stinson) are also Merced Inc (Scott Howell and Tom Stinson). It is Merced who will be furnishing the Y2K technology to 11th Hour, a CSHK subsidiary. I don't really think Mark's unbiased.

The new website at which the software will be showcased (zitec.com) was supposed to be up and running on 20 May. The software itself was supposed to be available in a beta version at that time. Didn't happen. Then the company swore the website and final version of the software would be ready by 1 June. Didn't happen. Yesterday morning the CEO stated categorically that the site would be up and the software on sale "within 24 hours". Ooops. Nothing.

I really, really wonder whether Mark's being paid to lend a hand here.
