Funny you should say that Gerald.

I have yet to see any solid evidence for *any* of the claims made
by the Y2K hypesters. I have also not seen anything produced by
the Zitel/Matridigm scam except a bunch of press releases.

Results speak for themselves. If Zitel has a product, and the problem
it addresses is as earth-shattering as you say it is, the market will
richly reward the company. So far I have seen zero. I'm betting that I won't see much more than that in the future. No doubt, they will continue issuing press releases and we'll hear lots of noise about how corporate America is in a "state of denial", that there's a conspiracy to supress the truth, etc. etc. etc. but at the end of the day, it's going to be the bottom line that counts. Zitel's bottom line sucks, the stock is extremely overvalued relative to it's earnings record and future growth prospects, and the management is actively involved in a game of obfuscation - that's what should strike terror in the hearts of the shareholders.

By the way, judging from the tone of your letters, I would guess that I'm not the one who's panicking. I have stuck to my guns from day one
and I have not covered a single share of my short positions. I
still *strongly* recommend selling this stock, and for those investors
that can tolerate volatility, shorting it.
