Just because OTEXF had its start as a search engine, they are clearly not a search company now a days. This acquisition does a number of good things, 1/ gives them rapid growth, 2/ gives them people on the street around the globe, 3/ puts them in the #1 spot ahead of PCDOCS and Documentum (according to IDC), 4/ gives them a great install base I would have expected a better pat on the back from analysts, but I guess it will take a few days for them to digest.
