Bill,
I wonder what will happen on dumping day if no one is around to buy. Everyone should realize that if there is ever going to be a time to buy this stock it won't be until after the end of August. Anyone
buying before then will undoubtedly see lower prices afterwards. If
they try to generate interest in their offering and no one takes the
bait, what could they do? I suppose, though that they can always count
on traders trying to beat the spread to provide the necessary volatility to dump the shares. That's the way of the market. Also we
haven't even touched on the shorting that normally goes along with
these REG-S deals. I don't know how they do it but it is part and parcel of these types of offerings by all the accounts I have read.
Is it possible that the few buys we have seen are actually short sales? It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Right now I'm
looking for some sort of PR attempt at resuscitation by the mysterious,
un-named,industry expert,Puppet Masters, Regards,p.b.
