Here's more details of the deal as I understand them:

1. MAMX shares 50% of the development costs for the internet applications and then shares in 50% of the profits.

2. MAMX shares 25% of development costs for the diamond flywheel and reaps 25% of the profits.

Looks like it was a way for NUKE to mitigate some of their financial risk. These guys appear to rolling out the business side pretty smooth!
