I think the name says it all: "simplex medical".
I wish I had a dollar for every scamy biotech I
have looked at in the past few years. There must
be hundreds of these things strewn across the
NASDAQ...nothing more than an idea, some lab space,
and a printing press churning out enough paper to
make payroll.

like they got the job done, unlike a certain
company that took my money...
